In 2009, we opened a boutique in a quiet Carlton terrace.

No website, no fanfare. Just well-made clothes for people who'd had enough of replacing the same pieces every year.

Seventeen years later, the boutique's still there. Same standards, same regulars, same considered approach.
The only difference? After years of "do you ship to Sydney? To Perth?" — we finally do.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch — we'll send it through straight away.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

Once we've received and inspected the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or we've made an error — in which case we'll cover it.

To keep your Mercer pieces looking their best for years to come, we recommend hand washing in cool water.

After washing, gently press out excess water (do not wring) and lay flat to dry on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight.

Every piece comes with care instructions on the inside label — please follow them carefully to preserve the quality of your
garment.
