3. Order and Payment
Orders are processed after receipt of full payment.

The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a payment issue or suspected fraud.
4. Processing and Delivery
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the customer's location.
Shipments are made directly from our supplier located in China.
As such, the consumer acts as the importer of the product into the country of destination.
Accordingly, all costs related to importation, including but not limited to:
- Import GST
- Customs duties
- Customs clearance and administration fees
are entirely at the consumer's expense and may be claimed by customs authorities or the carrier before or upon delivery.
Mercer Melbourne cannot be held responsible for these fees or for any delays related to customs procedures or transport.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the consumer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is possible within 12 hours after the order has been placed.
After this period, the order may already be in processing and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
