In 2009, we opened a boutique in a quiet Carlton terrace.

No website, no fanfare. Just well-made clothes for people who'd had enough of replacing the same pieces every year.

Seventeen years later, the boutique's still there. Same standards, same regulars, same considered approach.
The only difference? After years of "do you ship to Sydney? To Perth?" — we finally do.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch — we'll send it through straight away.

To keep your Mercer pieces looking their best for years to come, we recommend hand washing in cool water.

After washing, gently press out excess water (do not wring) and lay flat to dry on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight.

Every piece comes with care instructions on the inside label — please follow them carefully to preserve the quality of your
garment.

Our pieces are designed to fit true to size, as detailed in our size guide.
